About Darwin Business Services Corporation

Salgado Business Services, Corp. (SBSC), was founded by, Franklin Domingo Salgado Tenorio, born in Leon, Nicaragua, on August 4, 1946. He was a well-known Certified Public Accountant in Managua working with Quaker Oats, a German company in Managua, Jaboneria America and Suministros Electricos from Managua. He graduated from Universidad Centro Americana (UCA) in Managua at the age of 22 in 1968. In December 23, 1972, Managua suffered a 6.3 magnitude earthquake that caused widespread casualties among residents and destroyed many buildings and homes in Managua. The United States of America helped and funded to rebuild Managua, and Mr. Salgado Tenorio was recognized and hired to be one the Public Accountants to manage the funds for this project. His duties were budgeting all levels of construction and allocating funds.

In 1985, due to the brutality of the civil war of the FSLN and the Contras from 1981 to 1990, Mrs. Salgado Tenorio migrated to the United States of America. In 1991, he acquired his Public Accounting firm in the city of Anaheim, California, doing business as Contadores Latino. In 1993, his business moved to Norwalk, California, as Pacific Coast Tax Service. In 2003, Darwin V. Salgado Hernandez, a college student pursuing a Batchelor Degree in Accounting at University of Phoenix and one of the three sons and daughter of Mr. Salgado Tenorio, joined his Public Accountant firm as a Junior Public Accountant. In December 8, 2004, Darwin Business Services, Corp. (DBSC), was registered to start his family business. But in April 22, 2016, Salgado Business Services, Corp., was register to formally carry his legacy of Public Accountant firm under his knowledge and experience, and along with his son, Darwin V. Salgado Hernandez.

Up to today, we continue providing Public Accounting Services and Business Solutions under Salgado Business Services, Corp. As our founder said, “Providing Tools for the Successful Executive.” In addition, we focus carefully to provide our best fiduciary and ethical service so our clients can manage their business and finance with confidence.

Darwin Business Services, Corp., continues as part of SBSC by providing ERO service during income tax. DBSC has also commenced business in the e-commerce world by way of phone app providing Marketing Services. Introducing soon in 2022, NightLife-Entertainment (Nightlife-E), a social and powerful marketing tool for businesses and consumers.
